At Golfballs.ie, we like to keep you happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may contact us within 10 days of the purchase date via email at sales@golfballs.ie and we will do our best to solve the problem IMMEDIATELY. 

If the golf balls you receive do not meet your standards...

• * We will happily refund your full purchase price, including your shipping cost.
• If you tell us why you were not happy, we promise to do our best to correct the problem right away.
• * We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you can easily get it back to us at no cost to you.

When you buy online, you can’t touch or feel the product before you buy. We understand. So we respect your right to change your mind after you buy.

For returns please contact us by email at sales@golfballs.ie or submit your return request via this online form so we can assign a return number (RMA), a return address and issue you with a prepaid return shipping label for you to use.

Please note: Product returns will not be accepted in person at our office address if they do not contain our prepaid returns label. The prepaid returns label will be sent to you after you notify us that you would like to return the product. 
* Free return shipping only applies to the purchase of Used Golf Balls. If you are returning new golf balls or one of our accessories, you will have to cover the cost of returning the product.
